Lebanese violinist of Armenian descent, Ara Malikian revealed early on his enormous talent, having studied in Germany and England and absorbed musical influences from various cultures. Awarded in multiple competitions, he has performed on stages in more than 40 countries, either solo or in a duo or as a guest of prestigious orchestras, and has released over 20 albums. His present tour is inspired by parental love: “It comes from watching my son growing up. It's full of dinosaurs, robotic squids, time machines, flying pianos and bilingual mimes. It's that thing so powerful that I had forgotten – the magic of finding every day and every path fascinating.”
