Beatriz Felício

Beatriz Felício fell in love with fado at the age of 7, when she heard Amália Rodrigues singing on television. She learned from her elders, in traditional fado houses, and there she chose her great references: Amália, Fernanda Maria, Teresa Tarouca, Lucília do Carmo, Ana Moura and Carminho. Today she sings in famous venues like Mesa de Frades, Parreirinha de Alfama, Casa de Linhares - Bacalhau de Molho and Fado Menor, just to name a few. She participated in television programs such as Uma Canção Para Ti, Grande Prémio do Fado and The Voice Portugal, and also at Festival da Canção RTP in 2017. At 22, she sings with the freshness of a young voice rooted in tradition.
