Nina Simone's iconic voice would forever be associated with the civil rights movement, inspiring books and even films. It is to her that the Harlem Gospel Choir, possibly the most famous gospel group of today, dedicates this concert on its celebrated return to Portugal. After the tributes to figures such as Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Whitney Houston, Adele, Beyoncé or Prince, i tis now time to give voice to the North Carolina-born artist's best-known songs, rearranged with the inimitable style of the Harlem Gospel Choir.
