Released in February 2022, Raum is the second studio album by Tangerine Dream since the death of Edgar Froese, who founded the band – one of the greatest exponents of krautrock, along with Kraftwerk – more than half a century ago. According to Resident Advisor, this is really “the best Tangerine Dream album in decades”, an impressive compliment considering the enormous importance of the German group in the history of electronic music.
