A name that has drawn attention since his debut with the group O Terno, Tim Bernardes established himself as one of the most important Brazilian composers when he released his first solo album, Recomeçar (2017) – nominated for a Latin Grammy. The musician, who moves frequently and naturally between indie and MPB, collaborates and writes songs for the likes of Gal Costa and Maria Bethânia. In addition to earning praise from Caetano Veloso, the singer-songwriter also attracted attention outside Brazil, being mentioned and endorsed by artists such as Devendra Banhart and the group BadBadNotGood. He also participated in the concerts of the American tour of the Fleet Floxes. He recently released his second solo album, Mil Coisas Invisíveis, an album that Tim Bernardes equates to a book and which shows his side of outstanding thinker.
